If the status next to an onboarding checklist item e.g Bank Details, Next of Kin, Files to be uploaded shows as 'Not Started', it is likely that the employee has updated these details in the
My Profile screen and not in the Onboarding Checklist.
Some items in the checklist can be updated in My Profile as well.
If updated there, the Onboarding Status of the checklist item will show as Not Started and therefore the overall Onboarding Status will be incomplete and the complete date will be blank.
If files are uploaded via My Profile instead of via Onboarding checklist, check the document type of the file loaded in My Profile and compare with document type for the Onboarding checklist. If different, will also indicate that the files were loaded via My Profile.
