There is a rule set up that dictates when a continuous Service Date is calculated on the Eligible Service Rules screen:
Go to People Management Dashboard
Go to Data Centre, View All, Eligible Service Rules
Select 'Continuous Service' from the dropdown list and you will see the current rules set up and activated by the toggle
You must add new lines to this rule to capture the outstanding employee types
Switch the toggle to 'on' to ensure this rule is enabled and the Continuous Service date is populated going forward
