Continuous Service Date not Populating

Continuous Service End Date is not populating for certain staff in Insight. Continuous Service Date populating for some employees but not others.

There is a rule set up that dictates when a continuous Service Date is calculated on the Eligible Service Rules screen:

  1. Go to People Management Dashboard

  2. Go to Data Centre, View All, Eligible Service Rules

  3. Select 'Continuous Service' from the dropdown list and you will see the current rules set up and activated by the toggle

  4. You must add new lines to this rule to capture the outstanding employee types

  5. Switch the toggle to 'on' to ensure this rule is enabled and the Continuous Service date is populated going forward
