Employee unable to view their contract details

When an employee logs into the portal they are unable to view their contract information in My Profile.

This issue usually occurs because access has not been given to the required menu options. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search and select Security.

  2. Click Menu Profiles, then search for the menu profile to be updated.

  3. Next to the profile, click the three-dot ellipsis, then select Manage Menu Options.

  4. Enable the Active toggle for the following menu options.

    • Coreportal - Employee Appointment Contract.

    • Coreportal - Employee Appointment Salary.
