Error - 'An unknown error has occurred' when viewing the contracts tab

The system prevents the user from viewing details or replacing contracts on the Contracts tab and displays the message 'An unknown error has occurred.'

The error 'An unknown error has occurred' when selecting contracts on the employee record indicates that the system hasn't linked the employee's personnel number to some of the background tables. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. Re-assign the employee's personnel access.

    πŸ€“Tip: Even if the access appears correct, disable and re-enable the user's Active toggles to reapply it.

  2. Relink the portal account to the employee's personnel number.
