The fields generally come up empty when the correct access has not been provided to CI_USER and API_USER.
📌Note: CI_USER and API_USER are back office users, rather than portal users.
If it's a personnel report then please provide correct company-level access to both CI_USER and API_USER.
If it's a pay report then please provide correct pay group access to both CI_USER and API_USER.
