It is not possible to add the user defined objects into the HR Events notifications as the view for this event category doesn't include these fields, they are included in the HR User Data Events event category.
To create an event notification for User Defined Fields follow the steps below.

1. Go to Data Centre and click View All
2. Open HR Event Configuration
3. Select HR User Data Events from the Event Category dropdown list
4. Click Edit next to one of the event types
5. Click Add New Notification
6. Under Generate Notification, select when you would like the notification to be generated
7. On the Recipient tab select Notification Type and configure as required
8. Click Save
9. On the Message tab Configure Subject and Configure Message by adding the items from the list (select HR_USER_DATA_EMS_VIEW as Data Source)
10. Ensure that the Active toggle is on and Save

How can I create an event notification (EMS) for User Defined Fields? Is it possible to add the user defined objects into the HR Events notifications (e.g into the Leaver Notification)?
