Unlock a locked record on any PeopleXD module from the back office

Rectify an 'incorrect lock removed' error.

A network outage or a user logging out of the system incorrectly has resulted in a function being locked and unavailable. To rectify this, a user with CoreSecurity access will need to follow the below steps.

  1. Click CoreSecurity, then click Tools.

  2. Select User / Session Information.

  3. Click Locked Object twice to order data, then click on the row to be released.

  4. Click Kill Session, then click Yes.
