An attempt to login to the PeopleXD back office fails with an 'ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified' message. Possible causes for this error are outlined below.
An incorrect URL has been specified.
The database identifier supplied is incorrect.
The user's updated their PC or browser, and the URL isn't on the trusted site list.
The URL hasn't been whitelisted by the customer's IT team.
The user's password contains an @ or a / symbol.

Where cc denotes your unique client code, this can be more than 2 characters.
