Assign the Leaver Profile to an employee

How to assign a leaver profile to an employee when ending their employment.

If an employee is leaving and a leaver profile has been created, you can assign it by following the steps below.

  1. On the People Management dashboard, click Command Centre.

  2. Next to Employees or Outstanding Processes, click VIEW.

  3. Locate the employee to be assigned, then click VIEW.

    πŸ€“Tip: If you selected the Outstanding Processes option, you can find them more quickly under the Leavers tab.

  4. Click Task List - Leaver, then, next to Assign Leaver Access, click START.

  5. Select the leaver profile you wish to assign, then click Copy Access.
