Email notification 'Notification - Bank Details have been Updated.' received

An email titled 'Notification - bank details have been updated' is sending when an employee changes their bank details, it also advises that '...Web URL is not populated please use set parameter cp_email_pay_prefix'.

When an employee changes their bank details in the portal, a notification email is automatically sent. While this notification cannot be turned off the body of the message can be configured.

  1. Navigate to the Administrator Dashboard, Site Admin, Admin Settings.

  2. Search for the parameter cp_email_pay_prefix.

  3. Update parameter/body of the message.

  4. Save changes.

Email text is generated as follows:

  • Text in the first part of the email uses the parameter cp_ext_bank_mail_bod e.g. 'Your bank details have been updated via PeopleXD', this can also be updated in Admin Settings.

  • Text starting: 'Updated on date @ time You can view full details @ the following Web address URL.' can be edited via the Language Pack.

  • Text in final part of the email uses parameter cp_email_pay_prefix.
