The language pack contains a library of all labels and phrases used within PeopleXD. Authorised users can update the labels and phrases displayed on screen, either through the Site Manager widget or by selecting the Enable Language Pack option from their user profile menu. Watch the video or follow the steps below.

πŸ“ŒNote: While multiple languages are available, they are managed and provided to customers by Access. However, you can update the default labels supplied for any language.

Site Manager widget

  1. On the dashboard menu, enter and select Site Manager in the search bar.

  2. Against Language Pack, click Open, then select your language if not English.

  3. Enter your label text in Search for a label, then click the search icon.

  4. Labels that contain the search text will be returned with the following detail.

    • Label - The text that is currently used.

    • Default Label - The default text supplied at installation.

    • Updated On - The date the label was last updated. If blank, the default has never been changed.

  5. For the required phrase, click the Label field, then replace the text.

πŸ“ŒNote: Changes are saved automatically, and all label instances in the system are updated.

πŸ€“Tip: The user profile is the circle icon in the top right corner of the screen, it usually contains your photo or initials.
