Error - 'Invalid Payroll Status, Cannot Process Employee Please Contact Support'

When trying to commence an employee in a post, the message 'Error - Invalid Payroll Status, Cannot Process Employee, Please Contact Support' or message - 'Invalid Payroll States, Cannot Rejoin Employee, Please Contact Support' is displayed.

This error message occurs because there is an invalid payroll status for the employee.

To resolve this:

  1. Retrieve the employee's status report.

  2. Note down the Payroll Status and compare this with the Valid Payroll Status' Accepted from CorePay into CorePersonnel Post Management .

  3. Raise a new case and reference the title of this article. Please attach a copy of the employee's status report.
