Insight: Unable to access scheduled report from a link

Users can't access their scheduled report using the link provided by email.

When using a scheduled Insight report, the email now includes a link to access the report rather than emailing as an attachment.

  1. To make sure this link works.

  2. In the PeopleXD portal, go to Administrator Dashboard.

  3. Click Site Manager and open Admin Settings.

  4. Search for saashostserver as well as for cp_insight_email_url.

  5. For both above parameters enter your portal URL,

    where xxxp is the client code, followed by p for production or u for UAT.
