Menu COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE, or a similar profile, has been set as the menu profile to be added to an employee's account once onboarding is completed. If onboarding is left incomplete or cancelled, the system will remove this menu profile.
To prevent this, in Admin Settings you will need to set parameter cp_onboardingmenuprofile to a blank entry.
