If your SSO certificate is due to expire, the technical team at Access must renew it. To begin this process, please raise a support case and include the following details.
The environments affected (e.g. Live or UAT).
The expiry date of the current certificate.
Support will raise an internal request, which our Optimisation Services and DBA teams will handle jointly. This service usually incurs a charge, and we will seek your approval before starting the work.
Note: If a message appears indicating that the *.corehr.com certificate is due to expire, this is a separate matter. The Access Group technical team handles it automatically.
